Life got in the way, and now you can't make it to the Grit & Grace Adventures shindig. No biggie. Check out our Cancellation Policy to see how we handle those unexpected plot twists.

Once you drop a deposit, consider it a commitment. No refund here, but we're not ruthless. Pay a $100 USD re-listing fee, and you can pass the ticket to another party-goer. Pay in full? The "deposit" part is still non-refundable.

You are 100% responsible for booking and paying for your own flights. You are also 100% responsible for getting cancelation insurance. If the trip is cancelled for any reason, your flights, your responsibility, and Grit & Grace Adventures will not assume any costs associated. 

Depending on the date of deposit and length of time to the trip this may change - but in general - You've got 60 days after your deposit or 60 days before the adventure starts to settle the balance. It's the golden ticket to the bash, so don't be fashionably late!

Cancel after the balance date but before 60 days before the retreat? You'll do a 50% refund dance (minus the deposit). Within 45 days of the big day? No refunds, sorry. Cue the dramatic exit music!

Refunds can be a bit bumpy, right? We're throwing in a 3% processing fee to keep the rhythm alive. It's like a dash of spice to your refund.

Life and travel can be unpredictable. Can't make it to the party? No worries! Grab some travel insurance, be your own hero. All Grit & Grace adventurers MUST get travel insurance – no insurance, no trip. We will ask you to present this prior to your departure. We reserve the right to refuse access if you do not have proof of travel insurance. 

If the vibe isn't right, we might cancel the party. Your money will bounce back, though. We'll send the "no party" memo at least a month before – and you can transfer it to another adventure.

COVID's the party pooper. If it's the reason we postpone, your deposit credit stays safe. Decide to skip for other reasons? Regular cancellation steps apply. If COVID's still around, we might change the payment deadline. Stay tuned!

COVID's got its own dance routine – vaccines, tests, masks. Let's waltz to the rules and keep the party safe.

We're here to keep the party flowing, not handle curveballs. Delays, changes, lost bags – that's on you and your airline. If you party too hard and get hurt, that's on you and your insurance. Stay safe and party responsibly!
